It is short, high-intensity access to decades of recruiting, business, and AI judgment, offered selectively during retirement.

This offering exists for moments when something is stuck, messy, high-stakes, or unusually complex, and you do not have time to circle it for weeks. 

People reach out for things like:

How It Works

Engagements are short and focused. Most issues are addressed in one to three sessions.

Sessions may include Tricia, Jason, or both, depending on the situation and availability.

Each session is a working session, not a presentation. The conversation is recorded, and you keep the recording.

There is no ongoing relationship implied or expected.

Availability

Availability is limited and unpredictable.

Requests are evaluated based on timing, whether the situation can realistically be addressed in a short, high-leverage engagement, and whether Tricia and Jason are available within the next 24 to 48 hours.

If they are traveling, offline, or not working that window, they are unavailable.

In January of 2026, Tricia and Jason formally announced their retirement. This offering exists during that transition and is intentionally limited.
