$997 · Use code FOUNDER for $697 through July 1 · Lifetime access

Your inbox and calendar already know things you've never had time to read back.

Whether you’ve been recruiting for thirty years or thirty minutes, the same thing is true. Fee negotiations, complaints, wins, and warning signs are piling up in your inbox. Where your hours actually go is sitting in your calendar. The Unfair Advantage extracts all of it and turns it into business intelligence you can use this week.

The Fortune 500 pays millions for what you're about to do for $997.

Big companies run on business intelligence. Data warehouses, analyst teams, dashboards, all built to find the patterns buried in their own information and turn them into better decisions. It works. It also costs a fortune, and it only works when the underlying data is clean and complete.

For a recruiting firm, that complete record is supposed to live in your ATS. Every call logged. Every note entered. Every fee, every reason a deal died, every shift in a client’s mood, captured in a tidy field. You know how that goes. No recruiter on earth enters all of that into the ATS. The real story lives in your email and on your calendar, where you actually do the work and where your time actually goes.

So the expensive version of business intelligence was never built for you. The data was never sitting where the tools could reach it.

Here’s what changed. Your email and your calendar are the complete record. Every conversation and every hour, already written down, already time-stamped, sitting there whether you logged it in the ATS or not. Point AI at it and you get the same business intelligence the big firms pay millions for, built on the data you already have.

The Fortune 500 Way

Millions

Data warehouses, analysts, and dashboards. Powerful, expensive, and only as good as the data you remembered to enter.

The Unfair Advantage Way

$997

The same pattern-finding power, pointed at the email and calendar you already have. No data team. No ATS discipline required.

What it costs you to keep guessing.

This isn’t theoretical. Every week you run your desk on memory, you pay for it. Usually without ever knowing the bill came due.

The fee you give away

You held your ground with this client two years ago. You forgot. So you discount again. The proof you didn’t have to was sitting in your email the whole time.

The client who walks

The slower replies. The cooler tone. The question you missed. The warning signs were in the thread for weeks. By the time you feel it, they’ve already signed with someone else.

The vendor bleeding you

Charges creep. Promises outpace delivery. A year goes by. The pattern was in your inbox the whole time, waiting for someone to actually read it.

All of it is already written down. The only question is whether you read it before it costs you or after.

Three steps from a name to an answer.

You don’t pull whole mailboxes. You target exactly the emails and calendar entries you want and ask them a question.

1

Search a name

Type a client, candidate, or vendor’s name in Outlook. Every email and meeting you’ve had with them surfaces in seconds.

2

Select and extract

Highlight the emails you want and hit two keys. The Intelligence Extractor pulls them into one clean document. No copy and paste.

3

Ask the right question

Paste a prompt from the library. In seconds you have the fee history, the risk signal, or the pattern you’ve never had time to find.

What's Included

The engine is the tool. The Intelligence Extractor pulls the exact emails and calendar entries you choose into one clean document in seconds. The library of more than 100 prompts tells you what to ask of it, and the training puts it all to work. Together they turn the data you already own into answers.

More than 100 prompts, organized by what you’re trying to find out. Client risk, fee history, candidate intelligence, BD conversion, vendor billing, and where your time actually goes. Paste and read.

Where this came from

I built this to catch a vendor. Turns out they were honest.

I’d worked with the same vendor for seven years. Then we changed the structure of the deal, and something started to nag at me. The numbers felt off. I had no proof, just a hunch I wanted to settle.

The problem was the data. Every month of his work sat in its own email, laid out in a table, one message at a time. Seven years of it. There was no way to line it all up and actually see the trend. Nothing existed that could pull it together. So I wrote a program that could.

Here’s the punchline. The vendor was clean. Completely. My suspicion was wrong and the receipts said so in about ninety seconds. But I wasn’t looking at the vendor anymore. I was looking at the tool. I run a training and coaching business for recruiters, so I turned it on my own client emails next. Then it hit me. If it could do this for me, what could it do on a recruiter’s desk, where every fee, every placement, and every relationship lives in the inbox? That question became this program.

I built a tool to bust a vendor. They were innocent. The tool was the real catch.

My suspicion was wrong. Writing the program to check it was the best mistake I’ve made.

What You'll Do With It

Practical applications you can use the same day you install it:

Five prompts that pay for the program in a day.

Read them and ask one thing. How much would it be worth to know each of these answers about your real desk?

#04

Fee Conversation Forensics

Ask: Show me every time this client pushed back on fee, what I said, and what I agreed to.
Find the exact moments you caved, the language that worked, and the discount you’ve been conceding for years. Walk into the next fee talk with receipts.

#41

Vendor Billing Audit

Ask: Track how this vendor’s charges and promises changed over the life of the relationship.
The prompt that started it all. Catch the drift, the scope creep, and the gap between what was sold and what shipped before it costs you another year.

#07

Client Satisfaction Trajectory

Ask: Is this client warming up or cooling off, and what’s the evidence in their own words?
Spot the account about to walk while you can still save it. The signals are already in the thread. You just haven’t read them in order.

#37

Cold Outreach Conversion Forensics

Ask: Which of my outreach messages got replies, and what did the winners have in common?
Stop guessing what works in your BD. Let your own reply rate tell you. Then write more of what already lands and kill what doesn’t.

#56

Management Communication Self-Audit

Ask: How do I actually come across in writing, and where am I costing myself?
The mirror nobody offers you. See your tone, your patterns, and the places your email works against you with clients and your own team.

Stop leaving this intelligence sitting in your inbox.

A Quick Look Inside

A short walkthrough of the tool, the prompts, and what comes out the other side.

The use case nobody's running is the one that's still wide open.

Speed is the obvious play, and every recruiter on your desk is already making it. Reading the truth in the email you already own is the move almost no one has figured out yet. The recruiters who get there first will quietly out-bill everyone still guessing.

This isn't for everyone.

We’d rather you know before you buy. Here’s who gets the most out of it, and who should pass.

No. The hardest thing you’ll do is change one setting and learn two keyboard keys. Setup runs about ninety seconds, one time. After that it’s search, select, extract, paste, read. If you can send an email you can run this.
Never. You search a name and pull only the emails and meetings you want. Want everything with one client? Search their name and grab the thread. The whole point is precision, so you ask your question of exactly the right data.
No, and that’s on purpose. Agentic AI runs off on its own, taking actions and making moves without you in the loop. This does none of that. You choose the emails, you paste the prompt, you read the answer. The AI never touches your accounts, never sends anything, never acts on your behalf. Think of it as a flashlight you point at your own data. You aim it, you read what it shows you, and nothing moves unless you move it.
You stay in control of your data the entire time. The Extractor pulls the emails and calendar entries you select into a document on your own machine. You decide what goes into AI and what doesn’t. The training covers exactly how to handle sensitive information responsibly.
It’s built recruiter-first, and the prompt library leans into client, candidate, and BD use cases. The same method works on any emails or calendar entries you select, so vendor, sales, management, and time-audit prompts are in there too. Recruiting is where it pays off fastest.
Because you’re buying a tool and a method you own outright. One payment, it’s yours, and it keeps working long after you’ve made the money back on a single fee negotiation or a saved account.
You already have it. The Unfair Advantage is included with both. This page is for everyone who hasn’t joined yet.

Picture your next fee call.

You already know every time this client pushed back, exactly what you said, and where you held the line. You walk in with the receipts. You can do that twenty minutes from now, on the data already in your inbox.
