What is it?
Years ago, one of our Private Coaching clients commented on the dichotomy of coaching in the recruiting industry. It was crazy for him to imagine how much different his whole career would have been if he’d understood how to really run his desk. But when you’re starting out, or returning to the industry, you don’t have the money to pay for coaching and training. He knew our focus on random acts of kindness and suggested the idea us providing scholarships to recruiters in need. We thought it was a fantastic idea, and we named the program after him in 2019. His name is Bill Irwin, and he’s a lovely recruiter in Florida. If you win the scholarship, make sure you thank him.
What if I win?

What’s the selection criteria?
Be a good person. Tell a compelling story. Be coachable. Have a strong work ethic and be willing to make a lot of phone calls. (If you believe you’ll be successful in this business using only an automated email/text campaign, please don’t apply.)
Recruiting is a sales job. Sell us on why we should pick you. As business owners, we want to work with people we like. Be likable.
