What is this program about?

Here’s the down and dirty: Candidates are probably not responding to your emails in droves. Our training always increases response rates. Since its inception, email has become the primary method of business communication. There are people who almost never answer the phone and still find time to return emails. The question is, are they returning yours? If not, you need this class.

Getting an email returned starts with not landing in a spam folder. Then your subject line has to be eye-catching enough to be opened. Once you leap past those hurdles, you’ll still need to be both entertaining and brief to be considered. Finally, and we see this all the time, you have to give them something to do. After two hours, most of our students report a 50% increase in responses.
