(Legally and for safety reasons we can’t say we strap a rocket to your business and blast you to new heights.)

Monday through Friday, live support for you and your team to ask any questions about any aspect of your desk or deals. Jason & Tricia run these sessions and provide the continual training and development your team needs. These Spotlight sessions happen at the following times and typically run 45 to 90 minutes each, depending on the needs of the group.

On Wednesdays at 3pm CT, Jason & Tricia lead a live session on Artificial Intelligence. They cover the changes to the major models, AI news from the week, and then open the floor for AI Spotlights. This enables everyone to ask specific questions around different use cases and have live support for all they are trying to accomplish with AI.
On Mondays at 11am CT, Jason & Tricia host a live open sourcing session. Recruiters bring their sourcing questions and open jobs. We solve their problems and do their sourcing for them, providing them with the search strings for their existing jobs. This sets up the week for your entire team.
On Tuesdays at 11am CT, Jason & Tricia go deep on one topic in the recruiting industry. For those who want to continually learn and improve their desks, it takes almost three years to complete the full library, and we still continually develop new content as things change and develop in our world. This is how your team stays on top of their development without completing any of the major programs.
Typically, on a Friday once a month, Jason & Tricia lead a session on personal development. Past topics have included Developing Discipline, Recruiting with ADHD, and the Six Human Needs. These are sessions around becoming the best version of yourself and overcoming limiting beliefs.
On a Saturday morning, once a month, and only for Owners. This is a session where we come together to discuss working on the business instead of in the business. We cover more strategic initiatives such as hiring, performance, termination, outsourcing, marketing, metrics, and managing your life as an owner.
As the most requested program (we didn’t already provide), we’re pleased to announce the completion of Introduction to Recruiting. This 10-hour program is what you will use to start the training process for new recruiters. It helps them understand what our industry is, the recruiting process and all the vernacular they need to be successful.
Sourcing is a necessary, time-consuming evil and has a direct impact on the volume of deals you can close. We make it so you never run out of qualified candidates to call. This 15-hour training program we’ll teach you the fundamentals of Boolean, defining your sourcing strategy, and how to see everyone on LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Apollo without a paid upgrade. We find directories and attendee lists, contact information, and competitive data to provide for clients. And you have weekly support. Recordings are available and this session is taught live once a year. This is the best sourcing program in our industry.
Every search string has two parts to it – the Base string and the Face string. The Base is how you tell Google to only give you results that are individual profiles on LinkedIn in a specific location. The Face of the string describes the candidate or client you need. Our eSourcing Tool sits in your browser and over 25 Base search strings are prebuilt for you. This enables you to find hundreds of candidates in 5 minutes. The tool is not subscription-based, and once you have it you can keep it.

Some recruiters decided to skip the computer age, but you don’t hear much about them anymore. We are big believers in AI, and the application of AI to a recruiting desk. We taught our first class on ChatGPT in March of 2023, and we’re on Version 5.0 of that program (as of March of 2025). The Academy has over 150 hours of training and includes the instructions and prompts for over 70+ use cases for recruiters. Our primary focus is optimizing your desk and influence through the use of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. And you have weekly support. This isn’t just the best AI program in recruiting, it’s the best AI program in any industry. Writing the instructions, or prompts, is typically the hardest part of optimizing with AI. Understanding the nuances of semantics and how the LLMs are going to best perform is critical to having usable and effective output. We identified over 70 different use cases and built a browser-based tool, organized by the recruiting process, to make it easy for you to access all our GPTs for specific uses. The tool is not subscription-based, and once you have it you can keep it.
In this 15+ hour program, we cover everything from the messaging for electronic solicitation, what to say when they answer, the full discovery process, proposal templates, terms negotiation, and onboarding. The approach is consultative, non-MPC focused, with the intent of premium fees to include engagement fees or retainers. This is the best sales training in the recruiting industry. Recordings are available and this session is taught live once a year.
In this 12+ hour program, we cover the full recruiting process. From cold emails and cold calls, to what to say when they answer, handling objections, the full interview process, prepping, debriefing, negotiation, closing, counteroffers and resignation prep. This is a comprehensive program for recruiters to learn our counter intuitive (and highly profitable) approach to running a recruiting desk. Deals will happen easier, faster and you’ll have more repeat business. The best business development is consistent delivery.
In this 14+ hour program, write a complete life and business plan. You’ll go through a detailed and proven process of identifying what you want in life and business and build a plan to achieve it. There are very specific elements around how to prioritize your time, specifically to optimize placements. This session is offered in a recording and is taught live every December.
For the last four years, Jason & Tricia have taught Deep Learning on Tuesdays and every session has been recorded. Some are no longer relevant, whether they deal with Covid, a recession or the FTC ban on non-competes that never came to fruition. Each Sunday morning, at 7am CT, you’ll receive a link to the Weekly Update. In this newsletter, we share what’s coming up this week, what we covered last week, 2 – 4 articles or videos we’ve developed based on trends we see, and then we aggregate the news in what we call Tidbits. These are live links to other people’s content we think is relevant and important. Tidbits is divided into Recruiting, AI, and General, and we give you an asterisk if we think the article should be shared with candidates or clients or possibly repurposed using AI.
