Our recruiting approach provides a streamlined approach of sourcing and penetrating the labor market in search of the top level candidates for particular disciplines in specified industries. These candidates are usually ones currently working and only passively looking for opportunities that can better utilize their abilities.
We use a number of marketing methods and recruiting techniques, that are not deemed industry standards in our field.
Once we identify potential candidates we test their skill sets by asking strategic behavioral based and situational based interview questions in order to isolate those employees who are truly qualified.
Subsequent to the interview process, we use assessment programs to understand additional attributes the candidate may possess. Ultimately, once we have full confidence in the candidate to qualify for submission, we then present him/her to you.!
