Consulting

Urgent, Expensive, and Entirely Optional

Moore eSSentials offers limited, on-demand consulting with Tricia for situations that need experienced judgment,
fast clarity, and zero hand-holding.

What This Is

This is not a program. This is not coaching. This is not ongoing support.

It is short, high-intensity access to decades of recruiting, business, and AI judgment, offered selectively during retirement.

This offering exists for moments when something is stuck, messy, high-stakes, or unusually complex, and you do not have time to circle it for weeks.

People reach out for things like:

  • Sourcing candidates for high-value, difficult, or time-sensitive roles
  • A critical recruiting or delivery challenge tied to an important search
  • Building or refining GPTs or AI workflows to support a recruiting business
  • Long-term strategic planning when the next decision actually matters
  • Figuring out how to scale, restructure, or stabilize a recruiting firm
  • Navigating people problems with recruiters, partners, or leadership
  • Situations where you need help and word tracks to close an important deal
If the issue can be solved with a checklist, a course, or encouragement, this is not the right place.

How It Works

Engagements are short and focused. Most issues are addressed in one to three sessions. Sessions will be with Tricia.

Each session is a working session, not a presentation. The conversation is recorded, and you keep the recording.

There is no ongoing relationship implied or expected.

What You Will Walk Away With

People typically leave these sessions with:
  • Clear decisions made
  • A concrete plan and next steps
  • Strategic framing and tactical guidance
  • Unfiltered feedback and hard truths
  • Perspective drawn from decades of real situations, not hypotheticals
Execution is up to you. Implementation is not included.

Availability

Availability is limited and unpredictable.

Requests are evaluated based on timing, whether the situation can realistically be addressed in a short, high-leverage engagement, and whether Tricia is available within the next 24 to 48 hours.

If she is traveling, offline, or not working that window, she will be unavailable.

This Is Not For You If

This is not a fit if you are looking for:
  • A long-term consulting relationship
  • Ongoing access or standing support
  • Price comparisons or shopping around
  • Something exploratory, hypothetical, or undefined
This is for people who know they have a real issue and want it addressed directly.

How to Request Time

There is no form.

If you need help, send an email marked urgent to:

tricia@mooreessentials.com

Use the subject line:
I need urgent help
In the body of the email, include:
  • A clear summary of the situation
  • What decision or outcome you are trying to reach
  • Your availability over the next 24 to 48 hours
If the timing works, you will receive a reply confirming availability and a payment link.
If the timing does not work, you may not hear back.

This offering exists because sometimes the fastest way forward is a short,
expensive conversation with someone who has seen the patterns before.

It is intentionally limited. It is intentionally selective. It is entirely optional.
