Random Act of Kindness Friday

Random Acts of Kindness (RAKs) are one of the cornerstones of our business. We believe if you put kindness out into the world, and you do so without expectation of reciprocation, wonderful things will happen for you. Whether it’s the people you help, the people they tell, or the people who see you do it – your value is “leaked” into the world.

We believe in this concept so much, each year we take two Fridays and we do a four hour marathon of free QA. Show up, ask us any recruiting related question (except what ATS you should use – we don’t like any of them enough to refer) and we’ll answer it.
