Tricia & Jason's Retirement

They are really retiring. This is a full retirement at the end of 2026, not a pivot or rebrand. They will wind down during 2026 and be fully done at the end of the year.
Correct. After 2026, there will be no coaching, live training, or speaking.
Not likely. Never say never, but we’re looking forward to a few years of rest, so it’s best to assume there will be no new programs, updates, or launches after 2026.

We’ve always taught that the goal of a great desk is freedom. We reached our ‘enough’ point a while ago, and now we are choosing to step into that freedom. We want spaciousness and flexibility. We want time autonomy.

Yes. The decision is final. But don’t think it was an easy decision. We love helping, love watching you grow, and we’ll miss all of you.

Of course, Moore eSSentials will continue to exist. We’ll still sell The Complete Library. We’ll also be helping Firoz to build his VA firm for the recruiting industry.

2026 Live Training Commitments

AI4 Recruiters and eSourcing eSSentials will continue to run live through 2026 only. Weekly sessions to keep you up to date on what’s happening in AI, and to help you find the candidates you need to make placements. Recruiting Revolution with Rich Rosen will continue, and Tricia will attend most sessions in 2026. Sourcing sessions are Wednesdays at 9am CT, AI4 Recruiters is on Wednesdays at 3pm CT, and Rich’s Group meets at 7:45am CT on Thursdays.

Yes. If you were on an annual membership, you can augment with monthly payments through the end of the year. You can also reach out to Tricia, and she’ll give you a prorated one-time purchase amount to pay your balance through 2026. We will continue to meet live on Wednesdays at 3pm CT.

Yes. And it will likely continue past 2026. Rich Rosen is a remarkable recruiter and an excellent recruiting coach. Tricia will continue to attend most sessions in 2026. Jason will continue to avoid them. Rich will continue the program in 2027 and beyond.

Other than the weekly sessions for AI4 and eSourcing eSSentials, probably not. We may add an additional RAK Friday or two this year, but no promises.
Tricia is wonderful at answering questions electronically. She makes short videos, and loves your questions. This transition is going to be difficult for her, and she’s looking forward to still answering your questions (though response times will likely increase).

There won’t be any more live training outside of Recruiting Revolution with Rich Rosen. All AI4 and eSourcing eSSentials courses will stop.

The Complete Library

The Complete Library includes the entire body of work created by Tricia Tamkin and Jason Thibeault for agency recruiters. This includes all core programs, tools, recorded sessions, supporting materials, and ready-to-use assets developed and sold over the years, consolidated into one permanent collection. Tricia recorded a 30 minute overview, showing you the inside of the Complete Library. Take a look at the video.

Yes. The Complete Library is intended to be the full, consolidated body of work created for agency recruiters. Nothing has been held back, carved out, or reserved for future sale.

Yes. The Library includes content previously sold as individual programs or as part of Deep Learning in group and private coaching. Along with supporting materials, recordings, tools, and assets developed alongside that work. Everything now lives in one place, rather than being split across separate offerings.

Yes. Recordings from live sessions that run through the end of 2026 will be added to the Library as they occur.

Both. The Complete Library works for people brand new to agency recruiting who want to learn it correctly from the beginning, and for experienced recruiters who want the full depth of tools, frameworks, and reference material in one place.
Yes, this is not intended for internal recruiters. It’s exclusively for agency recruiters.

Access, Ownership, and Usage

Yes. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or ongoing costs. Unless you pay over the course of a year. Then there are payments but they end and you keep the training forever.

Yes, you can. The Complete Library includes one seat to the live sessions. If you want more than one person in your firm to be able to attend the remaining live sessions in 2026, talk to Tricia about a pro-rated cost.
The payment plan consists of 12 equal monthly payments processed automatically. Full access to the Library is granted immediately upon enrollment, but you won’t be able to download training programs until your payments are complete. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the account is brought current.
Yes. Full access to the Library is granted immediately. Download access unlocks once payment is complete.

Once payment is complete, you’ll have the ability to download all of our materials, and you can keep them. You maintain the files themselves and can re-watch at any time. This is not a one-year membership or time-limited program. The Complete Library will be done at the end of 2026, and then you’ll have all of 2027 to complete your downloads.

You have through December 31, 2027, to complete your downloads. We’ve provided this extended window to ensure you have ample time to secure your archive.

Yes. Firms may use the Complete Library internally for training, onboarding, and reference.

Yes, internally within your firm. Everyone can download the Sourcing Tool and the AI4 Tool. Everyone can watch the training videos. Only one person can attend live, though you can talk to Tricia, and for a nominal amount, she’ll let you add users to the live sessions.

No. The content may not be shared, resold, licensed, or distributed outside your firm in any form.

We’re aggressive in protecting our intellectual property. Unauthorized sharing or resale has resulted in legal action in the past, and those actions were successful. We will continue to protect our IP. You retain the training to use. We retain the rights to train and distribute.

Pricing & Timing

Yes. A lot of companies have pricing structures where the prices keep going down the longer you wait. We’re doing the opposite. We reward early adopters and those who put their trust in us. Once a price increases, it never decreases.

Tools and Resources Inside the Library

Inside of AI, specifically ChatGPT, we can build little GPTs to hold instructions and do segments of our work for us. The AI4 Tool is a browser-based tool giving you access to all of our pre-built GPTs.

Over 120 GPTs specifically built for recruiters. Tricia opens the tools and shows you what is in side in the video on The Complete Library page. You can find it here.

When sourcing, there are two parts to a search string—the base search string and the face search string. The base is what tells Google exactly where to go and what type of page you want. (Only give me LinkedIn profiles of people living in San Francisco.) The face of the string is the candidate you need. Our eSourcing Tool is browser-based, with over 75 pre-built base search strings to simplify sourcing.

The tools might be updated further through 2026, as needed. Any changes made to the tools in 2026 will be included in the Complete Library.
No extra expenses to use either tool, but we do recommend you upgrade at least one, ideally all three, of the major LLMs to support your recruiting efforts. (Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT)

Of course they are, but good thing you asked. There are a lot of people who have fake recommendations. We aren’t those people. You can pick anyone who has given us a recommendation, call them up, and ask them what they thought of our training.

Practical Concerns

Purchases of The Complete Library are non-refundable.
The decision to purchase should be made with the understanding that access is permanent and non-refundable.
Internal use of the Library may continue within the firm, but access may not be transferred or resold as part of a business transaction.
