Tricia’s presentation to our difficult audience of seasoned and salty legal recruiters in a wonky room setup of an historic hotel’s antique ballroom was both masterful in delivery and rich in content. She earned the trust and respect of the audience multiple times by effectively responding to several difficult questions from audience members, which were even asked in a challenging tone. I have never seen anything like this before and it was truly impressive to observe. Many other presenters would have simply eked out moderately acceptable answers to the cranky questioners, losing the frame of authority in front of the 300 people in the room. But not Tricia. At that point we all observed firsthand a rare mix of masterful stage presence, confidence, and technical competence in how she responded. I highly recommend Tricia and Jason for a number of reasons. Given they both are married and work together it made sense to do this review together. For context, I’ve spent a great deal of time on my personal growth and development for over a decade having read, studied and trained with many well known trainers in the recruiting world and executive coaches. I have always been a believer it’s important to find good mentors along the way to help shorten the learning curve. Phenomenal people with amazing hearts that I’ve become friends with and would do anything to help them out. We all work together and support one another. It’s been amazing and I’m truly grateful. I’ve worked closely with them for a few years now and continue to do so. I enjoy the weekly training classes and camaraderie. We’ve had a lot of fun together and shared many laughs.
