Tricia and Jason are some of the best trainers out there for the recruiting industry. Their live Moore Essentials “eSSourcing” class was very thorough and included plenty of time for live practice. As trainers, they are prepared, thorough, and very generous with answering questions and sharing knowledge (even via email outside of class). They even threw in a few extra training modules.

I signed up for four weeks of More Essentials’ Client Cornucopia to improve my skills in business development and client acquisition. I found it sufficiently helpful and there was so much to learn that I signed up for a full year of access to Client Cornucopia. I found it helpful both for the content it provided and for the camaraderie with other recruiters. It challenges you in new and old areas to do what you need to do to be at your best as a recruiter. Hiring Tricia & Jason as business coaches is the best investment I’ve made as a business owner to date. It’s not even close actually…the ROI they add beyond the normal coach is crazy. I wanted coaches who wouldn’t coach me into their ‘box’ which is what I have found with others. Their ways, ideas are innovative and things you won’t ever find ‘written’ about in posts on websites. You’ll walk away with scripts, headlines, and more value than you can imagine. You won’t be scrambling trying to write everything down either. Their trainings are so well organized and managed. They are advanced and 10 steps of others. The ideas, the accountability, and the pure value are beyond what I expected and its obvious others thought it too…the classes were engaged, people didn’t drop off which is unheard of in a no-video session. They actually give you tools/resources i.e I now have quick links that were quickly loaded to my computer within seconds. Last…the way they run their business is jaw-dropping. When I say they are on time to the minute every single meeting to the minute- not kidding that in itself is unheard of today. So much more to share but I am thankful to have found Tricia and Jason. At the end of the day I believe they will help me a better communicator, business owner, recruiter, and person.
