A job posting for a recruiter is essentially a billboard advertising rapid growth, significant TA challenges, and immediate hiring needs.
Do your research and approach the hiring manager like this:
“I see you’re looking to bring on an inhouse recruiter, likely because of some significant growth. While (company name) is searching for this person, I’d like to provide you with short term immediate support in your recruiting efforts. We can help bridge the gap and ensure you don’t miss out on good people before you have another internal recruiter.”
So where do we find the leads? You could search job boards, set up a alerts, or you can leverage a resource we identified for you.
This is a spreadsheet of all the companies looking to hire internal TA. Save the link as it’s continually updated. This can be a wonderful source for business development. Find the companies in your industry, and start marketing to them.
