First Moore eSSentials Coaching Client crosses $1,000,000 in Revenue

BOSTON, Massachusetts – Rich Rosen of Cornerstone Search Associates crossed the million-dollar mark in individual billing in August of 2021.

We love to share the success of our coaching clients. (And maybe borrow a little credit in the process.)

Let’s start by telling you a little bit about Rich. Hitting the million-dollar mark in a year isn’t something the average recruiter ever does. Hitting it in EIGHT MONTHS is extremely rare. He’s on target for a $1.5M year! Rich though, is no stranger to big billing. Rich has hit the million dollar mark in a year, a number of times, but this is the first time in his career that he hit it by August.

Cornerstone works primarily with Software Sales Superstars and highly sought-after Executives. He’s been a Pinnacle Society Member for years and isn’t afraid of hard work.

When he was getting close to his numbers, we were excited. Then he called to say he made it. That turned the call into an interview. We wanted to know what had pushed him over the threshold.

“Tricia did. Without her help, I wouldn’t have been here this fast,” Rich told us. As his coaches, we knew why, so we asked Rich if it was okay to share.

“I had a situation with a difficult client where my candidate left one week after he started. The candidate received a multi-million-dollar guarantee and would have been a fool to not accept it. Tricia helped me craft the messaging to not only save the client but convert them to retained.”

It Gets Better

We were delighted he was willing to share that, and still laughing over the situation when Rich had an addendum.

“I didn’t even tell you the best part yet… After refilling that role, my client was so happy with me, he referred me to his VC partners and that directly resulted in an additional 150K in revenue,” he announced.

And that right there, that last line, is what differentiates high performers. Rich didn’t tell us the best part was the MILLION DOLLARS in billing, but getting new referrals from the client. Yes, he absolutely stopped to celebrate.

Then he looked ahead and focused on pushing forward. That’s Rich Rosen.
